The Problem

SPREADSHEETS DON'T SURVIVE A SERVICE PARK.

  • Tyre serials lost between the truck and the tent.
  • Leak test results written on tape, never logged.
  • TPMS sensors paired to the wrong assembly.
  • Event allocations argued from memory at 2am.

Features

EVERYTHING THE CREW ACTUALLY USES.

BARCODE SCAN FIRST

Camera-driven. Add a tyre, wheel or sensor in two taps. Works on any phone.

SUB-10S INSPECTIONS

Scan an assembly, log pressure, temperature, condition. Done before the kettle boils.

AUTO-GRADED AIR PRESSURE LOSS TESTS

Enter start + 12h + 24h pressures. Pass / Monitor / Fail computed automatically.

TPMS AT A GLANCE

Battery, pressure, signal and last-seen for every sensor in your fleet.

ASSEMBLY TRACKING

Tyre + wheel + sensor bound as one unit. Status follows them through every event.

DAMAGE & SCRAP WORKFLOW

Flag repair or scrap. Dashboard surfaces alerts before they hit the grid.

EVENT ALLOCATIONS

Issue & return per vehicle, per position. Full audit trail, RLS-protected.

OFFLINE-FRIENDLY

Scan and log even when the service-park wifi gives up. Syncs when you're back.

Workflow

FOUR STEPS. FROM PALLET TO PODIUM.

01

SCAN IN

Receive a tyre — scan the barcode, set compound and size. It's in inventory.

02

BUILD ASSEMBLY

Pair tyre + wheel + TPMS sensor. One scan now drives everything.

03

INSPECT & TEST

Pressure, temp, condition. Run a 24h air pressure loss test. Auto-graded.

04

ALLOCATE TO EVENT

Issue to vehicle + position. Return after the stage. Done.

Case study · Rally raid

DAKAR-READY.
DUNE AFTER DUNE.

Two weeks. Twelve stages. One bivouac that moves every night. A cross-country team on the Dakar burns through hundreds of casings between Yanbu and the Empty Quarter — and every one has to be traceable back to the exact car, position and stage it ran.

"Before TyreTrack, tyre control at the bivouac was a whiteboard and a prayer. Now the crew chief scans a barcode and knows every heat cycle that casing has ever seen."
Team principal — T1+ Ultimate class
  • Barcode-scan every Michelin & BFGoodrich cross-country casing at parc fermé.
  • Pair with beadlock wheels and internal TPMS in one assembly record.
  • 24-hour air pressure loss tests between marathon stages — auto-graded pass / monitor / fail.
  • Allocate to car #204 by position (FL/FR/RL/RR + 2 spares) per stage brief.
  • Damage & scrap flow for sidewall cuts from Empty Quarter fesh-fesh.

FAQ

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.

Does it work offline?
Yes — scans and forms work without connectivity and sync to the cloud the moment you're back online.
Which barcodes are supported?
Any 1D/2D barcode the phone camera can read — Code 128, QR, DataMatrix, EAN. Most teams use Code 128 for tyres and QR for wheels.
Can I import an existing inventory?
Yes. CSV import on the Team plan, white-glove migration on Factory.
Is my data private to my team?
Every record is scoped to your team via row-level security. We never share team data across customers.
Can I export everything?
Always. CSV and JSON exports on all paid plans. Your data is yours.
